Starting from the mid-section, or few inches from the end of your hair, brush down the hair’s length. Moving the brush further up a couple of inches at a time, continue brushing downwards until you reach the scalp and the hair is fully detangled. Travel in style! Our most manly grooming ritual deserves masculine and aesthetic accessories, also when on the move. The purist, high-quality finish and design of our leather cases was inspired by classic etuis for cameras, binoculars or similarly valuable objects.

The leather cases are made up and finished by a regional manufacturer using a historically rare edge-sewing machine. The untreated natural cowhide leather is tanned using a special vegetable method. Its particular appeal? The natural material is long-lasting and durable and develops an individual patina in the course of its use: the traces of the owner, his travels and experiences.

The small model comes with compartments for brushes, razors, blade cartridges and shaving cream. The inner loop for razors can be expanded with a pair of scissors to accommodate larger models.

Tips on use and care

The leather for this case was tanned in Germany and painstakingly processed into a high-quality product in order to retain its natural characteristics. Slight variations in the colouring and small scars are features of the natural material. We recommend applying a razor-thin coating of care cream or grease for untreated leathers and then lightly polishing the case with a soft cloth. Products from Burgol or Saphir are well suited for this purpose.

The case fastener on the outside becomes more supple with time. Slide the fastening button through the hole by pressing the edge of the hole with two fingers.

Extra tip: Shaving brushes should be never be transported in closed cases when wet. MÜHLE shaving brushes with synthetic Silvertip Fibre dry very quickly.

Directions for Use

Starting from the mid-section, or few inches from the end of your hair, brush down the hair’s length. Moving the brush further up a couple of inches at a time, continue brushing downwards until you reach the scalp and the hair is fully detangled. To finish, gently stimulate the scalp by running the brush over the scalp in the direction of the hair’s fall a few times.

The Alto Mar fragrance opens with the lightness of calone and mint, combined with a hint of anise. The 1887 fragrance opens with clear notes of grapefruit and lemon combined with the spiciness of pink pepper. The powerful heart stars geranium and patchouli, traditionally masculine but with a twist brought in by the base notes: vetiver, amber gris and oak moss
